Have a good day yawl…
Today we have the pleasure of premiering the brand new music video from Besatree for his track “Punch Up”!! Besatree uses powerful, thought provoking imagery to get his message across in a way that really hits hard, relaying truthfully and brutally the social ills of growing up, being bullied and being able to rise above your aggressor the end of it all..
As with a lot of Besatree’s work, this is an amazing concept as well as a perfectly filmed and scripted plot, we feel is very needed in today’s day and age. Check it out here:
Here are a few words on the video from Besatree:
“Punch Up is about feeling bullied both as a child and as an adult and being able to walk away from situations with your head up, unscathed. Although the format and bullies change as time passes, the constant push back and forth seems as heavy handed as ever“.
Besatree is part of a 10 man hip hop crew called CLDMKRS(CloudMakers) out of Southern California. He has been making music for many years but only recently started taking himself seriously with this video definitely a great testament to that.
Brickfister recently released his second instrumental album called “Music to be Murdered by” and it’s available for free download right here!!
Brickfister is Colorado hiphop artist “Onboard Balloon” when he can’t sleep. Tending to stay up long hours in the studio, experimenting with extremely odd sounds and noise, presenting a beautiful curse of eternal journey through sound space and time.

B.Dolan just dropped his incredible new music video for his track “The Devil is Alive” directed by Adam J. Dunn!! The amount of thought and research that went into this track is completely awe-inspiring and the visuals compliment the message perfectly!!
Check it out here:
You can also check out the track on Soundcloud here:
“In 2012, B. DOLAN & BUDDY PEACE created “FILM THE POLICE,” a reworking of the N.W.A. classic “FUCK THE POLICE” that addressed citizens’ rights to film cops in the wake of the Oscar Grant shooting. The song caught fire during the wave of Occupy Wall St. protests that coincided with it’s release, developing a life of it’s own as a hashtag that traveled the world on the lips of protesters and activists resisting police brutality.
This year brings the release of HOUSE OF BEES 3, the latest in a series of mixtapes from B. Dolan & Buddy Peace, who have this time chosen to rework RICK ROSS and JAY-Z’s 2013 single “The Devil is A Lie” to tell the story of the real man behind a rapper’s name; that of drug kingpin “Freeway” Ricky Ross and his connection to the Iran-Contra scandal”.
HOUSE OF BEES VOL. 3 coming soon!!

Thought we could kick Monday off with something a little different…
Nïats just dropped this fresh new music video for his track “Sami”!!
Check it out here:
The track is lifted from his all new “Antares” EP available here:
Itunes > https://itunes.apple.com/fr/album/antares-ep/id922070353
Spotify > http://open.spotify.com/album/4kktpPBNWsgfkIlR4pJnYU
Deezer > http://www.deezer.com/album/8755917
“Nïats is musician and sound engineer, his music is inspired mainly by the world of movies, Fantasia, Coppola, David Lynch, Corto Maltese just to name few. He likes the blend of audio and visual. “Antares” is his first EP, its a blend of beats, sampling and composition that brings us into his multi-faceted imaginary universe.
Sometimes through ethereal soundscapes, sometimes thru heavy grooves he navigates in a universe of audio imagery”.
“Antares” is beautifully weaved and put together, it navigates through mutiple styles and blends them, most of the time, well together.
Although this EP is quite different from what I usually listen to, I found that the blend of sounds and instrumentation very pleasing and did enjoy the project as a whole.
