“GET DOWN” is the severely fresh and lively take on a classic feel-good sound, combining his unique pop sensibilities with a contemporary hip-hop creativity.
Furthermore, he even produced, mixed and wrote the entire hook with frequent collaborator Sonny Step who you can hear soaring over the last chorus!
The song also features up and coming Cleveland native Curly Chuck who is very quickly making waves in the underground scene… and with good reason!
Curly Chuck’s sound fits beautifully over this electro driven, hip hop anthem and his high energy, yet calm and collected flow complete the track to a Tee!!
Cleveland songwriter / producer TyC erupts from a diverse background of genres, first established as a member of the band Carousel. After leaving Berklee to go on tour, he’s spent years practicing honing his skills as both a songwriter and producer. Consequently he then spent the entirety of 2017 shadow producing: working with a network of artists signed with different labels and is now officially ready to release his own project with a bang!
