Just busy playing through a bunch of new music and albums when suddenly a track comes on and I’m like hey… this is like really fresh and different and the next track and I’m like hey… what am I actually listening to here?
Click on my library to see a rather unfamiliar name… ” Pierce Artists “.
Now I’m pretty surprised and excited that I haven’t come across these guys before, so I click on the first track and begin the album all over again!! These guys have a really cool sound to them and really click as a collective; ultra smooth interchangeable rhyme schemes blended with that classic boom bap production meld together to make something pretty damn magical and it really captivated my attention, and held it right the way through.
“Kings Returning” is the epic follow up album to Pierce Artists debut album ‘Raking Dead Leaves In Autumn’
and although I managed to miss the first one… it completely blew my mind. I’d have to say, especially if you dig underground UK hiphop, you don’t really want to not have this album in your collection… Get it:

In tandem with this really slick project, they also dropped the visuals for the title track “Kings Returning” giving us a little more insight into what they’re all about… check it:
Pierce Artists are Deeq, Elliot Fresh and Rack Mode.
